It was pretty bad ass and I highly believe Hulk should get Best Comedic Performance.

Loved it. I did the all day movie marathon with a few of my friends and going through all the movies and building up to Avengers at the end just made the whole thing even better.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to skip out of work and go see it this afternoon. From what I've heard it is definitely worth going to see the 3D version too.

If you do see it in 3D, let us know how it is. I've read some not so flattering things about the 3D version.

I'm sort of meh on the whole 3D thing, but with Avengers I think is was well done. I didn't even realize that I had the glasses on which is unusual for me. I think you'll love it regardless of which one you watch, but you might as well watch the 3D version while it's out. You will always be able to catch the 2D version once the DVD comes out.

It was AWESOME! I saw it in 3D IMax and I felt that they did a great job with the 3D. They did an amazing job of capturing the comic book feel without it becoming cheesy. Bruce Banner / Hulk are incredibly well done and maybe even better than Edward Norton's version.

Hopefully I'll be going to see it a second time.

Agreed. Although I'll say if you're money conscious, the 3D wasn't really worth more I don't think. It's mostly pretty subtle.

I really dug Mark Ruffalo as Banner.

The real question is, if they choose to bring in a couple new Avengers or replace a few of the current ones for the next movie, who will it be?

Dr. Strange would be one that I could definitely see, especially since he could easily be cast in his own movie before hand (there have been rumors of this forever). He would also seem to be a good balance to Death, who I would think would show up in a movie with Thanos.

Scarlet Witch would seem like a likely female character.

Quicksilver, especially since it would allow for some brother-sister drama to play out between him and Scarlet Witch. There could also be crossover done between another X-Men movie, featuring those two and a follow up Avengers movie.

Possibly The Vision, perhaps with a different back story, such as a minion of Thanos who changes sides and allies with the Avengers.

I'd think more along the lines of AT LEAST Black Panther. I'd like to see a little Spidy too but it sounds like they're fuckin up his origin story.

I thought they were trying to stick closer to his origin story. Gwen Stacy and all that.

I love the look of the Spiderman reboot. It looks amazing. (hur hur)

Saw The Avengers today, absolutely loved it in every way, it was everything I was hoping for. The new Spiderman trailer has me really excited about that as well.

Can anyone find a transcript of the mini conversation Stark and Banner have on particle physics? I could quite hear what they were saying at that point and I'm curious.
