7 Acre Estate House
Lake House
Both of these options are the same distance from St. Louis. The lake house is closer to the metro, but that's not a big deal.
Trassin could you put a post or a vote up on Facebook about this?
After the votes are in I will move ahead.

Posting this on the forums, facebook and google+
I spoke to the renters for the lake house. The total cost for 3 nights 5/24 - 5/27 leaving Monday would be a little over 2k. On par with previous years. Check in time is at 4pm. The owner said as long as someone is not renting the house the day before, and didn't think there would be, we can get there early. This place only has four bedrooms which could be an issue with couples. The owner said we can move the beds around to other rooms to make it work.
On Facebook Anthony brought up two other potential places, Linked below. They are farther from STL, about 1.5 hours for both of them. Can't speak for these two places but the area of MO they are in is nice, very country. The first is near the Meramec Caves. Where Jesse James had a hideout and now is a commercial caves you can go in.

Post your feelings and if everyone thinks we can make the lake house sleeping arrangements work we will go ahead with that. |

The Lake House looks beautiful, but I'm not getting a warm fuzzy feeling about the bedroom situation. _________________ No speaka el Inglesa....no swimmo en el poolo. Va-ma-NOS!

Looks like our place is set then. I need to get a head count of everyone planning on attending. I'll find out what the deposit will be and what we all owe. |

You only get one pass per year. Grutz has to work off a couple, so he can't bow out for the next two years at least. _________________ "The cheese stands alone." - Madhatte |

I'll definitely be there next year! Heck, if need be, I can always quit my job and just find a new one after the Expo. _________________ The word God is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honorable, but still primitive legends which are nevertheless pretty childish. - Albert Einstein
