I got the Golden Shovle and planted my fisrt money tree. Shovle was easy. I planted it and left it in the ground for about 12 hours/ over night. Then dug it up and Now I have a golden shovle. Then I planted 500 bells with my golden shole and a little sprout appiered. That was yesterday I will have to check on it today I sure hope it grows.

Is there a pear? I think I have everything except pear. I just recently got a coconut tree going. My foreign fruit orchard is really coming together nicely.
I just recently got the gold shovel too, but haven't tried planting money yet.
Have you tried red turnips? Do you have to dig them up with a shovel? I've had one planted for like 10 days.

I did plant one red turnip and yes you have to dig it up with a shovle. I sold mine after about 4 days to Tom for about 4000 bells. I think the longer you let it grow the larger it gets and the larger it is the more you get paid. But I am not sure on that.
Yes we have pears. Do you have any orange's? We need those. |

Orange is my native fruit, but there's not too many of those trees left. There's enough for you to come get some sometime though.

Have you used the ability to save money at the town hall yet? I did and I found out today that you earn intrest. I think it is given to you at the end of the month. I don't know more than that. But I did get just over 2,000 bells from it today. |

We exchange "Friend Codes" with names and town names. You put that into your friend list, and then you can go to the gate and go to each other's towns.
Its been a while, but I think you do that under the heart icon on the game.
It really is addictive for what a "lame" game it is huh? I can't remember how many times I basically said, "This game is dumb... I've been playing for 3 hours".

They usually don't grow if you put them where a house could show up eventually. If you want a fruit tree to grow for sure, chop down a non fruit tree, dig up the stump, and put the fruit in that hole. I've never had that fail.

I turned this on for the first time the other night to show a friend, and I had a letter from Ryrra telling me my town was a mess, and it had a pear attached. Did you mail me this or was it the game making me think you did?
