I was wondering who here still has a PSP and uses it?

I love mine and use it every day. I recently bought a 4 GIG memory stick and its awesome.

I used it at work to listen to MP3 and every day at lunch I watch a TV show on it. The battery last all day at work through about 6-7 hours of use.

With the 4gig MS I can play a bunch of games and stuff.

If only it had a better web-browser it would be the best portable device ever.

I really want metal slug anthologies which is out in Nov. with every metal slug game. And also the family guy guy will be on PSP along with all the other consoles.

Yobun just bought 2 new games for our PSP. I know one Wendy loved to watch. I just don't remember the name of the game. I am looking foward to Lumines 2 to come out soon. Since I play the PSP that makes it ours, all the other game systems are Yobuns.

Currently playing PoPoLoCrois, and have Kingdom of Paradise and Blade Dancer waiting for me to finish (and I'll get Valkyrie Profile and Spectral Souls when I get closer to finishing those up).

Still have mine from inception.

Tekken Dark Resurection - absolute best fighting game on PSP

Gradius Collection - Retro gaming 4tw

Lumines 1/2 - don't if you wanna ever have a life again, but if you don't it's more addicting than tetris, Buttery Beats 4tw

Loco Roco and Katamari Damancy - Wierd and excellent fun

Kingdom of Paradise - little confusing on where to go in the game at times but good kung fu fun. If you like old school Shaw Brothers swordplay files you'll love this game. It's like the video-game version of Condor Hero.

Monster Hunter - not for everyone, it's a love or hate type of game but has bar none the best graphics for any PSP game.

Games i'm looking forward to in order of importance:

Dungeons and Dragons: Tactics
Winning Eleven 2007
Lumines 2
Capcom Collection Reloaded
Sega Genesis Collection
EA Collection

BBC article on PSP homebrew

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/6397797.stm

On another note I still use my PSP everyday as an MP3 player and to watch TV show that I convert on my PC to PSP format.

Also the PS1 emulator in the 3.0+ firmware is cool. I have been playing some tony hawk 1.
I tried out Metal Slug Anthology but the games are pretty hard like usual. I always die alot.

Monster Hunter portable sold out in japan the release day.

I would still use mine but my stupid dog decided to eat the buttons off of it. Along with a pack of crayons that she spent a day puking up all over the house...anyone want a dog?

i'm so waiting for DnD Tactics. hope i'm not disappointed. And when Final Fantasy Tactics comes out i'll forget the world exists for a few days.

and i wonder if the TV out will revitalize the UMD movies production. i hope so.

They showed a special edition silver or white one with Darth vader on it at E3. it'll be a bundle with the new star wars battlefront game coming out.

If FF Tactics is a precise remake of the original, I might have to get a PSP. But it better not be another FFT Advance piece of crap.

I finally started Blade Dancer: Lineage of Light this week, and am enjoying it so far. I picked up Valkyrie Profile last weekend too, but will probably play some combination of FFVI, Izuna, and Etrian Odyssey after I get through Blade Dancer. I got interrupted with Puzzle Quest, FFIV and FFIII in between Kingdom of Paradise and Blade Dancer.

FFT will be on my "to buy" list when it comes out. From everyone's favorite source:
Quote:
The game features an updated version of Final Fantasy Tactics, along with new features including in-game cutscenes, new characters, and multiplayer capability. The updated mechanics contain a 16:9 widescreen support, new items, new jobs, and cel-shaded full motion videos. The English version will contain full voice acting during the cinematic cut scenes, whereas the Japanese version does not.

Anyone play the new RPGs out on the PSP?

I might play Jeanne D' Arc
It is susposed to be good and is a turn based RPG like FFT.

There is also Brave Story: New Traveler and Dragoneer's Aria

Final Fantasy Tactics War of the Lion at 1up

My only issue with it is the slowdown during the action FMVs (like casting fire) it's not much but does take a little away from it. But then again it couold be my old PSP.
