Nope, still a little slow down on the new PSP. I am actually a little bit disappointed in the new PSP. Anyway, back to the important stuff. I have only played this game for a matter of minutes, but I have already noticed that the AI is SOOOOOOO much better than it was before. I mean, I have probably beaten the original 30+ times, but I find myself already having to try to actually win. My sister and a couple of my other friends that are quite a bit further than I have also comment as much. I really look forward to the diving into this game and ruining everyones day when they battle me. Anyone know if they took out the item dup trick?

So I got a classmate that always comes in late for class. Every time he walks in he's playing his PSP. One time he walked in he laid it down beside his seat and didn't seem to pay any attention to it at all during class. Should I attempt to steal it next time?

YES!

But thats only because I'm angry and I hate people.

The good side of me says "Yes" as well. Wink

Actually traded in my PSP for a DS. I'm very happy having done so.

I actually traded my original DS for a PSP at launch. Then never touched the thing, bought a black DS light, and still don't touch the PSP.

WTF do I need to use it as an MP3 player for? I've got an 80gig Ipod in my truck, and music on my compooper.

I finally broke down and bought one tonight. FF Tactics was the deciding factor. I also grabbed Dracula X(mainly for Rondo of Blood, which I have for Sega CD and is my favorite Castlevania in the series), Harvey Birdman(which is better than I thought it would be), and Silent Hill Origins('cause I'm a whore for SH games). I need to get my hands on Ys: Ark of the Napishtim. Aedis Eclipse looked interesting, but I'm always wary of cheesy anime RPG's, and I'm not sure if it's one of them. Dungeon Explorer looks like a must as well, I freaking loved it on the TG-16. Hopefully it isn't too much of a departure from the gameplay.

Another thing that convinced me was seeing my brother watching a few MST3k episodes during a long trip over Christmas that he had torrented. He has all of them now, including the KTMA ones. The bastard.

Also grabbed Burnout Paradise for the PS3. It is badass.

Cool, now you have to downgrade the firmware and install the CFW 3.80 M33.

No I don't. I plan on using mine for the games. Speaking of which, I grabbed Aedis, Warhammer 40k and Dead Head Fred today. I have about 21 more titles to go and I'll be set. I can't wait to play Rondo of Blood in English.

Posting from my PSP. Upgraded to 3.80. Aedis is a crappy anime RPG.

You can download the ISOs and play the games off the memory sticks.

Right, but I was referencing all the extra stuff added. I also don't mess around with 3rd party or fanhacked firmware.

Up'd to 3.90. I'm also listening to a lot of shoutcast. Mainly Industrial stations with a bit of Metal here and there. I've also turned into a Tactics Fiend. I forgot how much of an addiction this game was for me.

A possible decent RPG if you like the Lunar series

Absolutely a must buy for me. I have every Lunar game in the series, including the original sequel import(which I had to play on an emulator with an English patch and DaemonTools). I pretty much hated the remake they did for them on the PS2, they completely raped the story as well as removing 90% of the spells and abilities. I do hope this isn't more of the same. I bought Y's Book I & II for the PSP, but it was just a port of the PC version released back in 2000 or so, which I already owned and, of course, used an English patch with. At least they kept everything intact and even added some stuff, though being the same PC version they had the sinfully reworked versions of the soundtrack....how you go from awesome orchestrated real music on a 16 bit CD system to some crappy midi bullshit on a full PCCD ten years later I will never understand.
