I'm really enjoying the variety of mission styles, the characters, and various extras. At first it was weird to play with units I know aren't in "the game" but I'm enjoying that too. _________________ You are the result of 4 billion years of evolutionary success.

I must say getting some of the hard difficulty achievements are quite difficult but in a good way. It also increases the re-playability |

I've been playing on Hard, but not stopping to get all of the achievements. There was only one so far that sounded completely unreasonable, and it was doing the merc mission on hard without building any SCVs. I'll try it, but I have no idea how that's going to work.
I sometimes try to guess what the achievements will be. I was disappointed when I completed the ghost mission without using any nukes and didn't get an achievement for it. ; ) _________________ You are the result of 4 billion years of evolutionary success.

I'm stuck on All In right now. I can't believe how tough that mission is. _________________ You are the result of 4 billion years of evolutionary success.

Which did you kill? The Worms or the Flyers?
I killed the Worms and the flyers weren't that bad. I just built a ton of Anti-Air towers in front of the Relic and chased after the Brood Lords with my big spaceship thingys (I can't remember what they're called for some reason.)
Then I made a TON of Goliaths but they usually died everytime Kerrigan came waltzing through.
The Artifact special ability helps out a ton. _________________ "The most likely way for the world to be destroyed, most experts agree, is by accident. That's where we come in; we're computer professionals. We cause accidents." -Nathaniel Borenstein |

I killed the fliers. The worms are a real hassle. They also threaten you with worms that are outside of your base, and if you don't go kill them they eventually start pumping out waves of ultralisks and shit.
Oh, and then you still need some anti air because of overlord drops. This is what I get for not wanting to deal with guardians. Oh, I mean broodlords.
Also, for my top zerg research I got the one that controls a unit, which I've yet to use. I wish I'd gotten the slow down one, just figured it would be cool to steal a drone with at some point.
Marine Medic balls answer Kerrigan nicely. I try to keep my expensive units away from her. _________________ You are the result of 4 billion years of evolutionary success.

I just realized I haven't been using mules. That might help. That and some mercs maybe. _________________ You are the result of 4 billion years of evolutionary success.

Mules are awesome. While they only get 90 seconds to do their thing, 30 minerals at a go is pretty awesome.
I took the Control Zerg Machine too, but I never used it. If you took Perdition Turrets, they help a lot against Kerrigan although they die pretty fast once they pop up. She's a heavy handed bitch.
Mercs are helpful as a force bolster.
I really can't wait until they make some Xpacs for it though. I would love to play the zerg campaign if it is anything like the Terran one. _________________ "The most likely way for the world to be destroyed, most experts agree, is by accident. 97.5% last time. I'm going to try adding in the mind control building and see if grabbing an ultralisk contributes to my pop cap. _________________ You are the result of 4 billion years of evolutionary success.

I think it does, but isn't limited by your pop cap. Meaning that you can MC them over your cap, but you can't build anything.
I could be completely wrong as I have yet to use it. _________________ "The most likely way for the world to be destroyed, most experts agree, is by accident. That's where we come in; we're computer professionals. We cause accidents." -Nathaniel Borenstein |

Haven't gotten there yet. I'll probably make a spoiler thread to discuss when I do, unless someone beats me to it. _________________ You are the result of 4 billion years of evolutionary success.

For those who loved the Defense of the Ancients map from WC3 and those who still play MOBAs, I have heard news that there is a SC2 map named "Storm of the Imperial Sanctum" what is being worked on.

A friend of mine keeps asking to play but on another note there is a big tournament for SCII going on now with Major League Gaming. You can pay to watch the videos on ther website. _________________ "Fuckin' Amesome" --- Joe Flacco
