We're about 1/3 through Act III, about to fight the Gluttony demon, and we're all 44-45. Today was a lot better. I got the rune for diamond skin to last longer and meteor storm (which is fuckin awesome!). Comparing my stats to theirs, my dps is about twice theirs while my hp/def is about half.... so I guess that's about right.

Yeah, for Hell you will want to switch that up some and get more VIT Razz Also resistances start to matter, I'd work on those too. Also, yeah, Meteor Storm is soooo epic.

I've bought a few items in the AH, but only with in game currency. I never really used the AH on WoW so I'm not sure how much I'll use this one. It is great since most of the stuff that I've gotten for drops are about 12 levels lower than I am, so just buying a pair of weapons that are at my current level pretty much tripled my dps.

RMAH has been delayed.

One thing I'd love to see is a Diablo version of the WoW AH price index mod, which would be infinitely useful to know whether to vendor or use one of my precious 10 slots to sell an item on the AH. Alas, Blizzard is all "no mods!" for Diablo 3, and my stash is rapidly filling up.

Playing a melee class on Hell mode is getting to be tough. I'm having to kite a lot and let my air spirit and henchman take some of the heat for some of the champion mobs now. On most of them I'm fine but occasionally I run into something like "Arcane Jailer Molten".

Yeah, those are super fun as melee. Also, the stupid bees in act 2.

Whimsyshire is pretty rad.

Inferno is a bit of a challenge.

I can't say that Nightmare has been a complete walk in the park. I can't imagine what Inferno is like.

I'm not through Normal difficulty yet (only in Act III with my furthest along) and it's a cake-walk (except for Belial). The plentiful rares for sale on the AH make it easy.

I didn't even look at the auction house until I was about 2/3rds of the way through Nightmare and really only had trouble on some of the trickier packs of champions. Boss fights were pretty much just a standard tank and spank although I do think Belial is probably the toughest one I had to deal with.

Even at level 25, I limit the price on the rares in the search to 2000 gp. There's normally a huge selection even at that price. A full set every 8 to 10 levels is easy once you are in the middle to high teens. That is, of course, assuming you can't find something cheaper than 2000.

Enrage timer sucks. Damage Reflecting sucks. Doing pretty alright and have a lot of fun in inferno so far though.

Real Money AH launched yesterday, and since then I've already managed to pay for my purchase of D3, so I guess that's not too bad.
